As a Financial Analyst, you will report directly to the Controller within the Financial Services team. Your primary responsibilities will include preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analyses for multiple entities. Supporting budgeting and forecasting will be crucial, alongside contributing to audits and compliance efforts, ensuring effective financial management throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare journal entries and financial analyses for reporting
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and external audits
• Conduct investment accounting and compliance reporting
• Contribute to continuous improvement in financial processes
Requirements:
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting
• Advanced Excel skills; solid analytical and problem-solving ability
• Experience in not-for-profit finance is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
