We are seeking a Family Physician (1.0 FTE) to join our innovative team in a fully integrated health service environment. This position emphasizes holistic care, empowering patients through multidisciplinary support including mental health, nutrition, and rehabilitation. You'll work closely with a diverse team, ensuring that each patient feels valued, secure, and respected in accessing healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and administer treatment plans for patients
• Provide follow-up care in a shared practice setting




• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Engage in clinically related teaching and research
• Support access to social service resources

Requirements:
• Full/Provisional CPSBC License
• CMPA membership required
• CCFP designation or eligibility mandatory
• Experience with marginalized populations is an asset
• Willingness to obtain Opiate Agonist Treatment exemption
