CNSC is seeking a Director to oversee a current division focused on cyber and nuclear security. This senior leadership role requires collaboration across various departments to enhance cyber resilience and threat assessment capabilities. Establish a regulatory framework that aligns with the CNSC Cyber Security Strategy while adapting to emerging risks and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage an interdisciplinary team of security professionals
• Develop nuclear cyber security regulations and requirements
• Oversee the implementation of the cyber security framework
• Monitor threats and maintain the Design Basis Threat
• Advise on licensing and compliance matters regarding security risks
Requirements:
• Degree in natural or engineering sciences, security, or cybersecurity
• Experience advising senior management on security issues
• Skills in partnership development and resolution approaches
• Proven ability in risk assessment and regulation management
• Bilingual capability in English and French is mandatory
