Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Québec, QC, responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing video and social media projects from initiation to completion. This role involves defining project scope and timelines, managing resources, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

The Project

Manager will coordinate logistics, monitor progress, and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Daily tasks include communicating with internal teams and clients, tracking milestones, managing documentation,



and ensuring smooth collaboration between strategy, creative, and production. The role also includes continuous improvement of project workflows and contributing to best practices that support Bolt’s growth and client success. Qualifications

Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating cross-functional teams

Expeditor and Expediting skills for managing timelines, prioritizing tasks, and accelerating project deliverables when needed

Inspection skills to review content, processes, and outputs for quality, accuracy, and alignment with client objectives

Logistics Management skills to organize resources, equipment, and workflows across multiple projects and stakeholders

Solid communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams

Experience in media, marketing, or creative production environments is an asset

Ability to work in office in Québec, QC, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Relevant post-secondary education in project management, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
