Key Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions.

Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Findem, and other talent sourcing platforms.

Build robust partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide recruiting guidance.

Screen and assess technical candidates to ensure alignment with business and role requirements.

Drive proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Support employer branding initiatives and promote the company's culture and employee value proposition.

Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining high-quality hiring standards.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.

At least 5 years of experience recruiting technical talent for a software or technology company.





Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Findem, or similar talent intelligence platforms.

Experience recruiting for software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, data, AI/ML, or enterprise technology roles.

Robust understanding of enterprise technology organizations and technical skill sets.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience partnering with engineering and product leadership.

Solid Boolean search and talent mapping skills.

Experience using modern ATS and CRM platforms.

Knowledge of market intelligence, competitive hiring, and talent pipelining strategies.

Ability to influence stakeholders and act as a trusted talent advisor.
