Reporting to the Vice President, this full time role involves leading OCS's strategic communications, reputation management, and social responsibility initiatives. You will provide counsel on stakeholder engagement and crisis responses while fostering a culture of integrity within a diverse team committed to public accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement communications and social responsibility strategies
• Inform the Executive Team on stakeholder issues
• Spearhead crisis communications and media engagement




• Ensure consistent brand messaging and governance
• Develop initiatives promoting responsible cannabis use

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related fields
• 7+ years in a communications leadership position
• Solid strategic communications expertise
• Solid problem-solving and leadership capabilities
• Preferred public sector experience
