In the role of Registered Practical Nurse, you will report to the Director of Health and Wellness, ensuring all care assessments and service plans are meticulously documented and communicated. You'll facilitate resident care conferences and respond to significant changes in health conditions. Your focus will be on creating a warm, supportive setting for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work as part of an interprofessional care team
• Assist with clinical care and service plan assessments
• Manage resident care conferences as needed




• Administer medications following regulatory guidelines
• Teach and direct unregulated care providers

Requirements:
• Must be a registered Practical Nurse in the province
• Experience with seniors and unregulated care is preferred
• Critical thinking and care coordination expertise
• Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Current Vulnerable Position Screening within 6 months
