Your primary focus will be to provide essential administrative support and monitor court activities. You will require a Law Clerk diploma and at least two years of relevant experience in a legal or court setting. Being bilingual in English and French is essential for effective daily interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support for Provincial Offences Act matters
• Maintain detailed records of all court proceedings
• Assist in training for administrative office roles
• Input data using ICON and Microsoft Office applications
• Interact with the judiciary and legal specialists efficiently

Requirements:
• Community College Diploma in Law Clerk Program
• 2+ years of relevant experience in the legal field
• Proficiency in English and French
• Understanding of Ontario Court processes
• Reliable vehicle and Class G driver’s license
