As the Team Lead, you will guide a multidisciplinary team of Delivery Managers and Project Managers. Your leadership will shape project delivery practices that align with organizational priorities and enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Business Systems Planning and portfolio governance initiatives
Develop and mentor Delivery Managers and Project Managers
Monitor project health and financial performance




Manage vendor relationships and procurement activities
Ensure compliance with project governance standards

Requirements:
Degree in Business, IT, or related field
Solid leadership experience in technology delivery
Excellent understanding of project governance and portfolio management
Proven ability to influence strategic decisions with stakeholders
Certifications such as PMP or ITIL are assets
