Define the strategic vision of the program and establish a multi-year roadmap aligned with business objectives and digital transformation ambitions.
Plan future program cycles by identifying, designing, and prioritizing value-added initiatives.
Develop business cases and make strategic recommendations to decision‐making bodies.
Act as an advisor to senior management by communicating progress, risks, trade‐offs and long‑term vision.
Collaborate with industry leaders to secure and balance the required resources across competing priorities.
Implement effective program governance that supports decision‐making, proactive risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
Ensure accountability for the program’s financial cycle, including budget forecasts, variance analysis and monitoring of expected perks.
Approve vendor invoices and ensure compliance with the program’s financial commitments.
Oversee relationships with strategic vendors, delivery partners, and solution integrators.
Monitor vendor performance against contractual agreements, deliverables, and expected service levels.
Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture guidelines and adoption of standard solutions.




Support scope teams by resolving strategic issues and high‑level escalations.
Promote best practices in digital transformation and drive the adoption of future program capabilities.

The profile you are looking for is as follows:
Have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in technology program management, digital transformation or enterprise platform implementation.
Possess a graduate degree, including an MBA, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the business, financial and strategic issues related to technology investments (an asset).
Have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, engineering management, or a related field.
Have a PMP certification or equivalent certification (an asset).
Demonstrate a robust ability to influence senior management and engage cross‑functional stakeholders.
Have recognized experience in managing large program budgets, financial planning and supplier contract management.
Master supplier governance, including the management of integrators, technology partners and consulting firms.
Be familiar with program governance approaches, agile and hybrid delivery frameworks, and principles for adopting standard solutions.
