As a Health, Safety & Workplace Manager reporting to the Director of Business Functions, you will be a crucial leader in creating a safer workplace. You’ll develop safety policies, conduct hazard assessments, and coach teams to ensure compliance and proactive safety practices. Your hands-on approach will empower our workforce while aligning with industry standards and cutting-edge practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead health and safety programs across manufacturing and delivery
• Develop and improve safety policies and compliance records
• Conduct workplace inspections and incident investigations
• Support safety training and emergency response programs
• Maintain environmental programs for hazardous materials
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in health and safety
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of health and safety compliance
• Experience in industrial or multi-site environments
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
