In this influential position, you'll report to the Senior Director and manage a dynamic team of Engagement Product Managers. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing new engagement requests, developing explicit criteria for project intake, and influencing key business decisions. You'll be instrumental in maintaining alignment between business needs and engineering capabilities to ensure timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the current engagement intake and prioritize accordingly
• Lead EPMs towards quality requirements and scope maintenance




• Oversee capacity planning to support engineering pods
• Develop and maintain leadership portfolio reports
• Ensure structured governance through engagement phases

Requirements:
• 7+ years in strategy or portfolio management
• 3+ years in managing multiple technology portfolios
• Robust communication for trade-offs and priorities
• Solid analytical skills for strategic recommendations
• Familiarity with governance in financial services
