Reporting directly to the Assistant Controller, you will handle a range of responsibilities from reviewing month-end entries to preparing executive reporting packages. This role also offers unique access to M&A; activity unlike typical senior accountant roles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review accounting entries across multiple corporate entities
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for executives
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable,
and cash disbursements
• Assist with IFRS and US GAAP financial statements
• Support HST and corporate tax return preparation
Requirements:
• Experience with NetSuite for accounting processes
• Solid knowledge in corporate finance and reporting
• Familiarity with M&A; processes and integrations
• Proven organizational skills for financial records
• Ability to identify process improvements
