Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret contract provisions for claims adjudication
• Document claims reports from clients and field staff




• Communicate with reinsurers regarding recoveries
• Manage claim administration tasks and settlements
• Allocate examiner workflow for incoming claims

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working towards Associate, Customer Service Designation
• Two years of experience in the field
• Understanding of relevant systems like Ingenium and Salesforce
• Medical terminology certificate is an asset
