Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with Technical Director and performers for seamless execution
• Prepare and distribute rehearsal and performance schedules
• Attend rehearsals and manage stage dynamics
• Ensure all equipment and crew are ready pre-show
• Prepare and distribute post-show reports

Requirements:
• Experience stage managing qualified events
• Robust interpersonal skills and calm under pressure
• Knowledge of industry trends and techniques
• Ability to adapt to tight schedules
• Must work flexible schedule, including weekends
