As part of the Setting team, you will assess, model, and mitigate noise and vibration effects from project inception through to commissioning. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure projects meet provincial and federal guidelines while enhancing the social acceptance of transit solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute noise/vibration measurement campaigns
• Model noise and vibration impacts and develop mitigation
• Lead the completion of assessment investigations
• Support regulatory compliance with noise guidelines
• Produce explicit technical reports for communication
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in mechanical or environmental engineering
• Relevant experience in noise/vibration assessments (3 years preferred)
• Familiar with municipal and federal policies
• Proficient in technical modeling software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
