In this full time position within the Foundation department, you will play a key role in shaping the philanthropy strategy. Collaborating closely with fundraisers, you will develop donor profiles, analyze giving trends, and communicate findings effectively to ensure maximized revenue from donations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with leadership to identify major gift prospects
• Conduct analysis on donor engagement and retention trends
• Support relationship mapping for fundraising objectives
• Develop performance dashboards to guide decision-making
• Communicate actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field
• Experience in donor intelligence and wealth screening
• Familiarity with fundraising lifecycle management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant CRM systems
