As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will create, implement, and evaluate training sessions, contributing to staff development. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive training for nursing staff
• Assess and improve orientation programs for recent staff
• Lead mentorship initiatives supporting ongoing education




• Review and update patient care protocols and standards

Requirements:
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing and three years recent experience
• Two years of teaching and curriculum development experience
• Valid CPR certification and practicing registration
• BC Driver's License and willingness to travel
• Solid critical thinking and communication skills
