This position on the Assertive Community Treatment Team focuses on individuals with mental health and physical health conditions. You must hold a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration in Ontario. Strengthen your practice with skills in Motivational Interviewing and decision making to foster social inclusion and independence in clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement recovery informed intervention strategies
• Collaborate effectively with client families and partners
• Provide culturally sensitive and protected care




• Maintain client engagement and support community integration
• Document client progress and adapt care plans

Requirements:
• Baccalaureate Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current certification with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Recent clinical experience in mental health settings
• BLS and Gentle Persuasive Approach certifications preferred
• Must possess a class G Driver’s License
