As a Payroll Specialist at Chartwell, you will be responsible for processing full-cycle payroll for both union and non-union environments. Your expertise will support internal departments and residences, addressing payroll inquiries and maintaining compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. This role demands robust organizational skills and attention to detail to uphold payroll integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process multi-province biweekly payrolls accurately and timely
• Administer various types of employee payments including sick and retro pay




• Address internal inquiries regarding payroll matters efficiently
• Ensure payroll calculation accuracy under various union contracts
• Handle payments to third parties and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of payroll experience with Canadian knowledge
• Experience with Fusion HCM or ADP/PCPW preferred
• CPA Certification (PCP) or in progress
• Robust Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables
• Criminal Records Check required
