Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the central operations contact for Academy teams
• Support logistics and data management for regions




• Improve onboarding and offboarding process documentation
• Organize global team meetings and track action steps
• Liaison with vendors regarding tech tools and documentation

Requirements:
• 3+ years of operational or project experience
• Proven background supporting multi-regional teams
• Experience with Slack, Miro, and AI tools
• Robust relationship-building and communication skills
• Permanent Authorization to work in Canada
