As part of our Manufacturing Engineering team, you will play a key role in the transition between product development and production. You will work directly with multidisciplinary teams to implement manufacturing methods that are efficient, safe, and aligned with plant realities.We’re looking for someone who is curious, committed, and eager to see the tangible impact of their ideas on the shop floor.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
Ensure a smooth transition between product development engineering and production
Work closely with the product development engineering team early in the design phase to optimize product manufacturability
Support manufacturing and technical teams in the development of manufacturing and assembly methods
Participate in the implementation of new plant layouts and contribute to equipment selection
Help establish efficient and safe work methods
With the following skills and qualities, you will succeed in this role:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering,
Automated Production Engineering, or any other relevant combination
Strong interest in manufacturing environments and production processes
Solid analytical skills, hands‑on mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of metal manufacturing and assembly processes (an asset)
Proficiency with CAD software and ability to read technical drawings
