Are you an experienced Carpenter looking for a FIFO role? Tata Steel Minerals Canada needs a Carpenter/Journeyman to work in the Menihek region, fostering a solid safety-first environment.

This role entails reading and interpreting technical drawings, preparing layouts, and executing construction projects safely and efficiently. You'll be working both independently and collaboratively, managing your time effectively while also assisting with inventory and maintenance of tools. Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret blueprints and calculate project requirements
• Assemble and build wooden frameworks and structures




• Fit trim items and perform maintenance on-site
• Manage tool and material inventory needs
• Assist with cost estimation for various carpentry jobs

Requirements:
• Must work at heights and in outdoor environments
• Class 5 driver's license essential
• Previous millwright and scaffolding experience preferred
• AWP certification is a plus
• Own small tools required upon employment
