Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct psychosocial assessments by engaging with patients and families
• Deliver grief and bereavement counseling to address emotional needs
• Educate staff and families on recovery and adaptation strategies




• Maintain comprehensive patient records and documentation
• Coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work and recent clinical experience
• Registered with Ontario College of Social Workers
• Expertise in emotional health and crisis intervention
• Ability to deliver impactful presentations and training
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
