In this role, you'll be integral to the Firmware team, enhancing our intelligent underwater technology for applications like mine detection and hydrographic surveying. Your skills in C++, system architecture, and debugging will contribute to the development of reliable and high-performance firmware solutions. Collaborate closely with engineers from various disciplines to deliver top-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop low-level firmware for Kraken’s creative products
• Write efficient, reliable C++ and C code for constrained environments
• Partner with engineering teams to validate embedded features




• Document firmware and system components with high quality
• Create unit tests and support automated testing processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience with ARM Cortex-M or similar embedded systems
• Proficiency in writing maintainable firmware
• Familiarity with driver implementation for various hardware peripherals
• Solid understanding of CMake and version control systems
