Become a Professor of Theological Ethics at the Vancouver School of Theology, contributing to a transformative educational experience for ministry leaders. This full time role addresses vital ethical issues encountered in contemporary theology.

You will engage in an initial three-year term, enhancing ethical discourse across various degree programs. Candidates should possess a Ph.D. in theology with a focus on ethics, alongside active experience in Christian communities. The role focuses on teaching complex ethical topics across various contexts, enriching the church and broader society.

Key Responsibilities:
• Teach ethics for clergy in communal settings
• Address ethical dilemmas in healthcare and chaplaincy




• Explore the relationship between theology and technology
• Discuss bioethics and relevant social justice issues
• Engage with contemporary ethical challenges in Canada

Requirements:
• Ph.D. in theology, specializing in ethics
• Active participation in a Christian faith community
• Experience teaching at graduate levels
• Strong publication background in ethics
• Desirable administrative experience in academic settings
