Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate requests for access under FIPPA and PHIA
• Monitor and review privacy complaint investigations timely
• Prepare quarterly reports on access requests and trends




• Develop and deliver privacy training programs
• Collaborate with legal counsel for compliance checks

Requirements:
• Five years of experience in access and privacy
• Post-secondary degree in social sciences or related field
• Solid understanding of FIPPA, PHIA, and privacy principles
• Demonstrated judgment and diplomacy
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills
