As a Dispatcher, you will report to the Operations Manager and play a critical role in planning and dispatching deliveries efficiently. Your solid communication will assist drivers and interface with customers concerning their delivery needs and potential changes while generating essential reports. This position demands a proactive approach to resolving issues while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and organize all deliveries for maximum efficiency
• Communicate directions to drivers on routes and requirements




• Troubleshoot repairs and coordinate with Operations Manager
• Generate and manage reporting for deliveries
• Monitor customer delivery requirements and changes

Requirements:
• Dispatch experience with knowledge of Southwestern Ontario
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of TSSA, WHMIS & TDG considered an asset
