Northern Health is seeking a Lifeskills Support Worker with relevant experience in mental health and substance use. In this role, you will provide outreach community support services, coaching, and advocacy for individuals facing various challenges. Key Responsibilities:
• Offer community-based support to individuals with mental health issues
• Facilitate life skills training for clients and caregivers

Requirements:
• Diploma in Community Social Services or equivalent
