Reporting to the Director of Health and Wellness, the Registered Nurse plays a crucial role in providing resident care and documentation. You'll assist with care assessments, manage medications, and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure adherence to care plans. Your expertise in gerontology and experience with unregulated care providers will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete care assessments and service plans
• Administer medications as per regulations
• Supervise care delegation to staff




• Respond to medical emergencies and changes in condition
• Facilitate resident and family education

Requirements:
• Current RN registration in applicable Province/State
• Experience with seniors and care coordination
• Robust communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to maintain clinical competencies
• Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening (VPS)
