Lead quality strategy development during bid phases
Define quality requirements for nuclear project submissions
Establish quality governance and oversight models
Provide leadership in field quality oversight activities
Ensure resolution of nonconformances and corrective actions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
10+ years in quality and engineering, preferably nuclear
Robust knowledge of nuclear standards and regulatory requirements
Proven experience in developing quality governance frameworks
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Experience impactful quality management and project execution with Aecon, guiding nuclear projects from concept through to completion.
