Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure regular evaluation of resident care standards
• Audit and update care documentation for accuracy
• Build and maintain comprehensive care plans
• Address and resolve family and resident concerns
• Collaborate with the Registered Staff and management teams

Requirements:
• Sound expertise in geriatric and long-term care nursing
• Familiarity with relevant healthcare regulations
• Current registration with the Ontario College of Nurses
• Valid certification as a Registered Nurse in Ontario
