Join PARTNERS Family Services as a Clinical Counsellor, providing support in Humboldt and Wynyard locations. This full time position begins August 2026, specializing in therapeutic services for varied client needs.

We are seeking a Clinical Counsellor for our Rapid Access Clinics to assist clients through challenges like grief and family disharmony. Ideal candidates have post-secondary education and at least two years in a counselling role, with proficiency in therapeutic modalities such as CBT and DBT. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining a secure service environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide counselling to clients facing diverse emotional challenges
• Manage client intake and assessments systematically




• Collaborate with both internal and external service providers
• Ensure confidentiality and build trusting relationships
• Maintain organized records and case plans

Requirements:
• Appropriate post-secondary education and counselling registration
• A minimum of two years of relevant counselling experience
• Solutions-focused therapy and assessment skills
• Strong capacity to work within a team
• Explicit Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector screening
