Join Bayshore as a Registered Nurse specializing in Wound, Ostomy, and Continence care. This role highlights your skills in advanced wound management while ensuring clients receive respect and dignity. Nurses will work primarily in the Chatham-Kent and Windsor-Essex regions, with possible virtual visits, under standard hours of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality nursing care with compassion
• Provide advanced wound and ostomy care to clients
• Perform debridement and manage care plans
• Conduct virtual visits as needed for client health
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for patient support
Requirements:
• Current RN registration and NSWOC certification
• Debridement certification and advanced wound expertise
• Explicit criminal background check and reliable transportation
• Two years’ experience in wound care management
• CPR certification current and in valuable standing
