As a Supplier Success Representative, you’ll be pivotal in fostering partnerships with hotel and camp providers. You'll handle onboarding, educate suppliers on LodgeLink advantages, and work closely with internal teams to resolve any service issues. Your responsibilities will also extend to participating in contract negotiation and managing our annual RFP process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain solid supplier relationships
• Educate new partners through onboarding and sessions
• Ensure online inventory accuracy and integrity




• Negotiate supplier rates and manage contracts
• Coordinate with internal teams on service escalations

Requirements:
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in administration or hospitality is an asset
• Ability to create impactful presentations
