As a Payroll Specialist reporting to the Director of Finance, you will manage payroll operations for over 200 employees. Your role includes ensuring compliance with financial policies and effectively resolving employee issues. Key Responsibilities:
• Process full-cycle semi-monthly payroll for 200+ employees
• Reconcile statutory remittances and special payments
• Maintain payroll data integrity in the HRIS
• Audit year-end procedures and issue ROEs
• Create reports related to payroll and perks
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field
• Minimum of 3 years payroll and advantages experience
• Certification in Payroll Administration (PCP) preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong understanding of employment standards and legislation
