In this role, you will work within the Complex General Psychiatry B Unit, providing leadership and participating in interprofessional care teams. As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include fulfilling Charge Nurse duties and having the prospect to become a Patient Care Facilitator. Collaboration with patients, families, and community agencies is essential to foster effective stabilization and treatment strategies.

• Perform Charge Nurse duties as needed
• Participate in patient care and stabilization initiatives
• Implement recovery philosophy in nursing practices

Requirements:
• RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current First Aid – Health Care Provider certification
• Knowledge of CNO Standards of Practice
• Experience in psychiatric nursing preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and in multidisciplinary settings
