In this key role reporting to the Coordinator, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling, you will align teams and external partners toward achieving maintenance goals. Your expertise in planning and scheduling will ensure labor, materials, and equipment are utilized effectively while maintaining safety and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop explicit and standardized work order job plans
• Prioritize jobs based on notifications and requirements
• Prepare work packages with necessary materials and skills
• Provide planning support for Shutdowns, Turnarounds,



and Outages
• Liaise with Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering teams

Requirements:
• Journeyman Trade Certification with 8 years of experience
• Extensive experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
• Knowledge of planning and scheduling maintenance activities
• Familiarity with MOC’s and Turnaround processes
• Ability to maintain a Class 5 driver's license
