Become a key player in M’Chigeeng First Nation’s community-driven wellness initiative. The Community Engagement Worker focuses on Child Well-Being Law development as part of a multi-year strategy.

This full time position emphasizes the importance of community participation in creating a culturally relevant care model. You will lead engagement activities, facilitate discussions, and ensure that local voices guide the project's direction. Collaborating with various stakeholders, your role will be instrumental in assessing community needs and translating them into actionable governance inputs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead community engagement sessions and focus groups
• Develop documentation of community experiences and themes
• Collaborate with Coordinator on the needs assessment




• Prepare reports and updates for leadership and community
• Ensure compliance with cultural protocols in all activities

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in community engagement and consultation
• Knowledge of Indigenous community practices and governance
• Solid communication and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to career development and ethical practices
