Conestoga is hiring a Temporary Full-Time Welding Technologist to support student learning at its Cambridge campus. Focus on practical instruction and shop maintenance in this engaging role.

In this position, you'll develop learning objectives and deliver practical demonstrations, ensuring students understand welding operations. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining welding equipment, providing technical guidance, and supporting both students and faculty. This on-site role works Monday to Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate safe welding techniques to students
• Provide remedial instruction for skill development
• Create instructional plans based on course objectives
• Support part-time staff and recent instructors
• Evaluate and maintain equipment and supplies

Requirements:
• Valid 456A certificate as a licensed journeyperson
• Minimum five years of hands-on experience
• Solid leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication for instructional clarity
• Ability to adapt in a quick-paced environment
