In the role of Production Liaison Coordinator, you'll connect Canadian Operations with Mexico Operations, overseeing customer expectations and data accuracy. Your tasks will involve managing the order process in Navision, ensuring subcontracted orders are prepared correctly, and running reports to support performance metrics. You’ll also play a key role in addressing kickout orders and resolving transfer queries between locations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and verify SLA and Navision orders
• Communicate effectively with teams in Mexico




• Update and maintain customer order records
• Address issues related to order workflows
• Collaborate on performance reporting and improvements

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Robust detail-oriented approach
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and order management systems
