This position demands a skilled qualified with at least two years of CMM operation experience. Ideal candidates have a background in mechanical engineering and are proficient in interpreting complex engineering drawings. This role involves conducting first-piece, in-process, and final inspections while adhering to quality assurance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct accurate inspections using CMM and metrology tools
• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T; specifications
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections accurately
• Issue non-conforming reports and FAI reports as needed
• Adhere to ISO 9001 and Quality Assurance procedures
Requirements:
• Engineering diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of CMM operation experience
• Experience in automotive or aerospace manufacturing
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and SolidWorks
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
