Quaker Peterborough is seeking an experienced Electrician to enhance operational efficiency. This role focuses on technical troubleshooting, maintenance, and support for plant production and packaging.
As a key member of the team, you will act as the first responder for technical support, diagnosing and resolving issues to ensure seamless production. Your expertise in preventive maintenance, combined with abilities in troubleshooting and team collaboration, will contribute to our sustainability goals. Mastering time management and technical skills is critical in this role for effective performance in our rapid-paced workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for plant breakdowns
• Diagnose issues and implement safe repair methods
• Collaborate during Autonomous Maintenance sessions
• Complete Preventive Maintenance and inspections
• Close out work orders in a timely manner
Requirements:
• 309A or 442A certification required
• Experience with PLC, VFD, and Servo Control beneficial
• Robust diagnostic and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Must meet physical job requirements
