Strengthen governance model to mitigate operational risks and provide superior production support, including but not limited to: Become subject matter expert on existing infrastructure and associated tools including
SQL Server
SAS
Data Lake
Research internal and external documentations on processes and best practices
Continuously learn, document, share best practices and reinforce guidelines
Identify gaps in existing governance model and lead its change management with manager support
Lead and enhance existing production processes, including but not limited to: Establish thorough business and technical understanding on existing reports
Provide timely delivery of reports and communicate any potential impacts and delays to stakeholders




Conduct thorough investigations, identify cause of any production issues and resolve them independently
Identify opportunities to eliminate manual steps and optimize code performance
