Role Description Haber is looking for a Process Engineer to join our team in Vancouver, BC or Naperville, IL. This is a full-time, hybrid position. You will work closely with customers and internal engineering teams to understand process challenges, optimize manufacturing operations, and implement Haber's AI solutions.

The role includes process analysis, troubleshooting, process improvements, commissioning support, and collaborating with customers to deliver successful project outcomes. This role requires approximately 30% travel to customer pulp and paper mills across North America. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a rapid-paced workplace, is eager to learn,



and is comfortable building strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

Professional proficiency in French and English is required.

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in the pulp and paper industry.

Experience in process engineering, process optimization, and process control.

Strong customer-facing and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with customers to solve technical challenges.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with industrial automation or control systems is an asset.

Knowledge of industrial safety standards.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Willingness to travel approximately 30% to customer sites.
