Working closely with the Senior Estimator, you'll analyze technical documents, conduct site evaluations, and manage supplier engagements. You will contribute to the overall budget management, ensuring that all estimates align with project financial goals and regulatory requirements. Excellent organizational skills and effective communication are key in this cooperative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates with input from the Senior Estimator
• Analyze architectural designs and project specifications closely




• Conduct site visits to verify project scope and measurements
• Engage with suppliers and subcontractors effectively
• Maintain a systematic approach to cost documentation

Requirements:
• Post-secondary qualifications in construction management or similar
• Relevant construction estimator experience preferred
• Authorization to work in Canada
• Advanced software and Office Suite skills
• Solid attention to detail and organizational capabilities
