Key Responsibilities:
• Provide quality nursing care to patients and residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Administer and monitor prescribed medical treatments
• Lead nursing students and healthcare aides in tasks




• Participate in the planning and execution of patient discharge

Requirements:
• Graduation from an approved Licensed Practical Nursing program
• Active licensure with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba
• Background in managing chronic illness and geriatrics
