AFD Petroleum is looking for an experienced Class 1 Driver for essential fuel delivery services across Alberta and beyond. Applicants should have a focus on safety and productive operations.
As a key contributor to the AFD team, you will operate tri-body and quad trailers, handle fuel safely, and follow all health regulations. This role also includes vehicle inspections and ensuring adherence to transportation laws while delivering superior service to our customers. Key Responsibilities:
• Safely handle loading and unloading processes
• Perform thorough vehicle inspections before trips
• Communicate with customers effectively
• Handle minor roadside repairs as needed
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle documentation
Requirements:
• Class 1 Driver’s License necessary
• At least 3 years of driving experience preferred
• Familiarity with mobile applications for logging
• Complete a Commercial Drivers Abstract within 30 days
• Ability to mentor newer drivers as part of the team
