We are looking for a motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to assist in delivering key functions within the project lifecycle. Your role will involve site measurements, cost control, and contributing to health and safety processes. You'll build vital relationships across the site and supply chain, maximizing project performance while deepening your understanding of commercial procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with site measurements and cost control efforts
• Maintain accurate commercial records, tracking costs and variations
• Help prepare monthly CVRs and commercial reports
• Review health and safety compliance in office
• Assist in subcontract procurement and management processes
Requirements:
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Familiarity with NHF Schedule of Rates is a plus
• Understanding of construction methods and valuation practices
• Solid attention to detail and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
