This long-term contract position requires a dedicated individual to manage hazardous waste from receipt to shipping. You'll coordinate storage, educate the public, and maintain compliance with environmental regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and store hazardous waste safely
• Test and identify chemical waste accurately
• Educate the public on waste management practices




• Maintain compliance with environmental regulations
• Lead emergency procedures as Incident Commander

Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in Chemistry or Environmental field
• Minimum one year experience with hazardous materials
• Knowledge of safety regulations and WHMIS
• Robust Excel and analytical skills
• Valid class “G” license and satisfactory criminal record check
